Aunty Margaret dropped by with her two greys Amie & Blase this morning to catch up over a cup of coffee. We also have the lovely Jess staying with us so it was a full house.
I hope you like the pictures -

House of ... Hen?
Mum & Dad left us at home this morning as they went out to pick up half a dozen rescued chickens.
As you can see, these girls need lots of TLC. They were saved from a battery farm and were in for the chop at the old ripe age of about 12 months. They still have what it takes though as there were several eggs laid (Mmm.. fresh eggs... uhhh) while they were at the rescue coop!
A good reason to buy free range eggs!

January Dog Luver's Walk
Hi everybody, today it was off the Kroll Gardens at Clontarf for the January dog luver's walk.
We kicked off at 07:00 due to the heat expected later in the day. We had a lovely walk around the gardens however the mosquitoes found us so we had to retreat from the forested areas to dodge them.
I hope you enjoy the pics!
I said Kroll Gardens, not Duff Gardens - Ed.
Auntie Suzanne with Ebony.
Pooches everywhere!
Here I am demonstrating the correct roller tongue technique to Homer.
Tired tongue? Try the new tongue support muzzle by playtex.
Team Sheltie.
Team Beagle.
Mmmm.. Champers after the walk!
Anyway, I need to go and snooze after our walk. Bye for now Readers - Murphy.

Happy Birthday Homer!
Today my foster brother Homer turns seven. Happy birthday Homer, thanks for scaring all the bad guys away when Mum and Dad aren't about. I'll even try not steal the squeaky toys that you got as a gift.
Homer breaks bread with P1 to celebrate his birthday.
Anyway, I think I hear the sound of pigs ears being unwrapped for a birthday dinner so until next time Readers - Bye for now - Murphy.

Scenes from Southbank
Hi Readers, Saturday was the January GAP foster carer's walk and it was off to Southbank in Brisbane for the team.
It was a very hot day but the team from Mars arrived and cooled everybody off with an ice sculpture that contained frozen Mars Bars ... mmm... frozen mars bars.... uhhhhhh. We saw lots of great tropical gardens, a Tibetan temple, wildlife and got lots of pats from my fan club.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the slide show of our big day out.

Down Time.
Hello Readers, sometimes after a long day of being adored and pampered, I like to relax with Dad and discuss our day. There is nothing like a good roach to help relax the mind and body.
Dad & I winding down after another busy day.
Anyway, I must be off as I am overdue for a Nana nap - until next time - Murphy.
